100,000 class cleanromm means 0.5μmdiameter the quantity of dust particles less than 100,000per cubic meter. 100,000-class refers to the quantity allowed to exist dust particles of less 0.5 microns control less than 100,000ps within a foot of space.

according to the number of dust particles and to define the number of microorganisms
1.The maximum number of dust particles (per cubic meter) to allow:
Large or equal to the number of particles of 0.5 microns less 3.5 million,
A large number of particles or equal to 5 microns less than 20,000;
2.The maximum allowable number of microorganisms:
Planktonic bacteria not more than 500 per cubic meter:,
Settlement of bacteria not more than 10 per dish.
